85% Listán Negro and 15% Negramoll

Organic wine, made with grapes from our vineyards located at Finca El Mocanal, in Monte Lentiscal at 520 m altitude, on volcanic soil, from vines over 35 years old. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts. 60% whole clusters and 40% hand-destemmed, preserving their full essence. Aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 12 months. Winemaker: Carmelo Peña Santana.
